BEGINNERS
Suitable for new starters to the Pilates technique and people returning to Pilates after a break.
Focuses on the Pilates principles to achieve good posture, getting to know and perform basic exercises, establish correct muscle firing patterns and a solid mind/body awareness.

INTERMEDIATE/MIXED
Suitable for people who have done one or more beginner Pilates classes.
Adds increased load to core muscles once they are engaged and begins to combine exercises to increase co-ordination and mind/body awareness.

CARDIO PILATES
A faster paced class combined with cardio vascular circuits for those wanting to combine Pilates principles with cardiovascular fitness.

1:1
Private 1:1 or small group (up to 5 people)assessment
Private 1:1 or small group studio sessions.
